Boiler scrappage scheme will help consumers reduce fuel bills

In his Pre-Budget Report the Chancellor announced details of a boiler scrappage scheme to start as soon as possible in 2010. The scheme is designed to help householders with older Band G boilers lower their fuel bills and reduce the carbon footprint of homes.
