MHS Boilers supplies boilers to London's newest urban quarter

Developed by the Ballymore Group and designed by Rolfe Judd architects, High Point Village is a major inner city regeneration scheme of 570 residential units, a hotel and a large retail development. 25% of the residential accommodation is for affordable housing. The wide range of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments at High Point Village have all been created to an extremely high specification and feature open-plan living, as well as large windows and balconies.

MHS Boilers has supplied four 1,400kW Monomax gas-fired, fully modulating, pressure jet boilers powered by Ecoflam burners and two Ultramax R3601 condensing boilers to one of London’s newest urban quarters – High Point Village, in Hayes.

Manufactured to exceptional build quality standards, the Monomax and Duomax range of boilers includes 26 models with outputs from 70 to 3,500kW. Powered by Ecoflam burners, boilers are constructed from thick gauge steel plate and stainless steel flue tube turbulators which combine both reliability and efficiency to return a long and trouble free working life.
Available with gas, oil or dual fuel forced draught Ecoflam burners mounted to the handable, hinged combustion chamber door, Monomax and Duomax boilers are the perfect choice when selecting steel shell and tube boiler plant. All boilers have a comprehensive control panel with all necessary burner wiring harnesses and is suitable for on/off, high/low and modulating burner types.

The Ultramax R3600 series of gas fired condensing boilers set bench marks for high output- with up to 1,895kW from a single unit. They are low weight, compact and have extremely low emissions.

Manufactured using all stainless steel heat exchanger components the Ultramax R3600 range are robust and built to last. Featuring modulating down-firing premix burners with unique water cooling to the combustion system, they are controllable, efficient and clean burning. With a power range from 660kW to 1.9MW and the possibility to use up to eight boilers in a cascade arrangement Ultramax R3600 boilers are perfectly suited to larger commercial heating applications such as secondary schools, offices blocks, retail centres, hotels, residential blocks or community heating projects.
