The Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) scheme, which will run until 31 March 2012is the forerunner of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), due to be introduced in October 2012. SALEM — The Salem Heights apartments at 12 Pope St. will get a new solar-powered heating system, thanks to a grant from the charitable arm of TD Bank.
