Newham Homes, the London Borough of Newham’s ALMO (Arms-length Management Organisation), is refurbishing Newham Council’s housing stock to provide homes that go beyond the requirements of the Government’s Decent Homes initiative, upgrading them to its ‘Modern Homes’ standard.
