Ground, Air and Water Source heat hump systems require larger radiators than those used on conventional boiler heating systems. This is because heat pump systems operate at lower temperatures. Heat pumps operate between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius, whereas conventional boilers operate between 60 to 80 degrees Celsius.
